Important Things to Know

A Benefit You've Earned

VA home loans trace back to the 1944 GI Bill (the Servicemen's Readjustment Act), created to help service members build wealth through homeownership as a lasting form of national gratitude. This isn't a favor or a discount — it's a benefit earned through service and sacrifice, and it's one of the most powerful wealth-building tools available to those who've served.

Thank you to all veterans and service members for your dedication and sacrifice. We invite you to take full advantage of the benefit you’ve rightfully earned.
